Hayat\u0131m\u0131zdaki sonlu \u015feyler sanki hi\u00e7 sona ermeyeceklermi\u015f gibi davran\u0131yoruz. \u015eu an hayat\u0131ndaki en \u00f6nemli \u015feyleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn; muhtemelen hayat\u0131n\u0131n merkezinde onlar var. \u015eimdi de 10 sene \u00f6nce hayat\u0131ndaki en \u00f6nemli \u015feyleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn. Hala o zaman olduklar\u0131 kadar \u00f6nemliler mi ya da hala hayat\u0131nda yer al\u0131yorlar m\u0131?<\/p>\n

\u0130stedi\u011fimiz, arzulad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z, deneyimledi\u011fimiz her \u015feyin bir ba\u015f\u0131 var yani bir sonu da olacak. Ama avidya (cehalet) y\u00fcz\u00fcnden bunu g\u00f6remiyoruz ve b\u00fct\u00fcn enerjimizi sanki hi\u00e7 sona ermeyeceklermi\u015f gibi bu objelere harc\u0131yoruz. \u015eu an bize \u00f6yle geliyor olabilir ama, biz bile bir g\u00fcn sona erece\u011fiz. V\u00fccutlar\u0131m\u0131z bir g\u00fcn sona erecek. Hepimiz bunu biliyoruz ama idrak edemiyoruz ve her \u015fey sonsuzmu\u015f gibi ya\u015famaya devam ediyoruz. Peki o zaman neden b\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar\u0131 deneyimliyoruz? Avidyadan kurtulmak i\u00e7in. Objeleri ger\u00e7ek do\u011fas\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rebilmek, her \u015feyin sonlu oldu\u011funu alg\u0131lamak i\u00e7in. Bu anlay\u0131\u015f sayesinde sonlu olanlar\u0131n \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7ip, sonsuz olan\u0131n aray\u0131\u015f\u0131 i\u00e7ine girebiliriz.<\/p>\n

Objeleri (insanlar, e\u015fyalar vb.) ger\u00e7ek, saf formlar\u0131nda alg\u0131lad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Ama asl\u0131nda her \u015feyi zihnimizin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 modifikasyonlar arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Sanki b\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fcnyaya bir filtreden bak\u0131yormu\u015fuz gibi. Bu d\u00fcnyada g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn her \u015feyi modifikasyonlar y\u00fcz\u00fcnden g\u00f6r\u00fcyorsun. E\u011fer bir barda\u011fa bak\u0131yorsan, onu g\u00f6rmenin sebebi, onun orada olmas\u0131n\u0131n sebebi zihnin. Objelerin “ger\u00e7ek” formlar\u0131n\u0131 meditasyonda belli a\u015famalara ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda g\u00f6rebilirsin. D\u00fcnyay\u0131 tamamen ger\u00e7ek haliyle g\u00f6rebilmen i\u00e7in samadhiye yani ayd\u0131nlanma evresine ula\u015fman gerekir.<\/p>\n

Mutlulu\u011fu objelerde ar\u0131yor; onlar\u0131 mutlulu\u011fumuzun kayna\u011f\u0131 zannediyoruz. \u0130\u00e7imizde hissetti\u011fimiz bo\u015flu\u011fu yeni bir i\u015f, ev, a\u015fk gibi \u015feylerle doldurmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Avidya y\u00fcz\u00fcnden mutlulu\u011fa nas\u0131l ula\u015faca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131, o bo\u015flu\u011fu nas\u0131l dolduraca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 anlam\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n

4. Cehaletin 4. ve son \u00e7e\u015fidi; kendi olmayan\u0131 kendi olarak alg\u0131lamak<\/p>\n

Avidya (cehalet) y\u00fcz\u00fcnden zihnimizin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 modifikasyonlar\u0131 kendimiz olarak alg\u0131l\u0131yor ve kendimizi onlarla tan\u0131ml\u0131yoruz. Mesela, sen bir \u00f6\u011fretmensin, 2 \u00e7ocu\u011fun var ve elma sevmiyorsun.
