Svapna Sanskrit Dili\u2019nde r\u00fcya ve uyku ile ili\u015fkilendirilen bir terimdir. Hem r\u00fcyay\u0131 hem de r\u00fcyan\u0131n i\u00e7eri\u011finin fiziksel d\u00fcnya ile olan ba\u011f\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7erir. Yoga felsefesinde r\u00fcyalar ge\u00e7erli bir bilgi bi\u00e7imi ve daha geni\u015f anlamdaki ger\u00e7ekli\u011fin bir ifadesidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u0130nsan\u0131n tekam\u00fcl yolculu\u011fu hi\u00e7 durmadan devam eder. Her sabah g\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7ar ve kendini fiziksel d\u00fcnyadaki deneyimlerin i\u00e7inde bulur. Uykuda g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri ona g\u00f6re k\u0131sa s\u00fcre i\u00e7in izledi\u011fi ve geride kalm\u0131\u015f bir film gibidir. Halbuki fiziksel d\u00fcnya nas\u0131l insan\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 deneyimler neticesinde kendisini g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, karmalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir yerse ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde r\u00fcyalar alemi de karmik d\u00f6ng\u00fcn\u00fcn devam etti\u011fi bir yerdir. Yani insan kendine kavu\u015fmak i\u00e7in fark\u0131nda olmasa da gece g\u00fcnd\u00fcz \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u0130nsan\u0131n hayattaki amac\u0131 nas\u0131l fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fckselterek ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 deneyimin i\u00e7inden almas\u0131 gerekeni alabilmekse ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde r\u00fcya deneyiminin i\u00e7inden ge\u00e7erken de bu fark\u0131ndal\u0131kla ge\u00e7mesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. \u0130nsana r\u00fcyalar geli\u015fig\u00fczel ya\u015fanan deneyimler gibi gelse de, her r\u00fcyan\u0131n bir anlam\u0131 vard\u0131r. \u0130ngilizce bilmeyen birinin \u0130ngilizce anlat\u0131lan bir \u015feyi anlayamamas\u0131 gibi, insan da r\u00fcya dilini bilmedi\u011fi i\u00e7in r\u00fcya deneyiminin ne ifade etti\u011fini idrak edemez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E\u011fitimin ikinci mod\u00fcl\u00fcnde r\u00fcyalardaki semboller \u00fczerine konu\u015facak olsak da bu bir r\u00fcya tabirleri e\u011fitimi de\u011fildir. Ki\u015fi r\u00fcyan\u0131n dilini ancak bu pratikleri devam ettirerek alg\u0131layabilir. Bu e\u011fitim hayat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n asl\u0131nda \u00fc\u00e7te birini ge\u00e7irdi\u011fimiz bir alanda tesad\u00fcfen var olarak bize ne s\u00f6ylendi\u011fini anlamadan hayata devam etmek yerine, yolculu\u011fumuzu bulundu\u011fumuz her alemde fark\u0131ndal\u0131kla s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilmek i\u00e7indir.
