Yoga for Beginners 21-24 November
We will get together for the “Yoga for Beginners” Event at Kioo Retreat Center on 21-24 November.
“Yoga for Beginners” is a new program, designed for those who have never practiced yoga before or are new to yoga.
In this event, we will practice yoga philosophy and basic asanas together, build a strong foundation through breathwork and meditation, learn to integrate yoga into our lives.
If you are ready to start a new journey with yoga in your life, we invite you to join us.
